Well im hoping to lose weight and become more mobile. I do have a a few health problems Antiphospholipid Syndrome also known as APS or Hughes Disease, 3rd stage Kidney Disease and Fibromyalgia. So i really need to lose weight to help me not only look better but feel better .
Over the last year and a half i managed to go from 17st 3lbs to 14st. Unfortunatly the last few months i havent felt well and put 7lbs back on. Im really hoping i can get back on track and lose at least another stone
